Ikoma Ataken was a bushi of the Lion Clan.
Gempukku[]
In 1158 Ataken passed his gempukku side by side with his friend Ikoma Domai. [1]
Death[]
Ataken was stationed in the western Lion border. In 1168 he found destroyed an outpost, and Domai grievously wounded. The Khan Moto Chagatai had sent the Baraunghar against them during the beginning of the Khan's Defiance, and Domai escaped to warn his clan, dying shortly after. Ataken sent word of the incoming attack to Kyuden Ikoma and he led the others ahead to face death against the Unicorn forces. [1]
