Ide Tobuko was the Ide Daimyo during the last years of the 12th century. [1]

Tobuko celebrated the love of Moto Naleesh, the goddess Shinjo reborn, and her betrothed, the Dragon Clan Champion Mirumoto Shikei, with an unparalleled Festival of the River of Stars. [1] Her involvement revealed her tendency toward poetry and romanticism, and it was known she sought constantly to find a suitable match for her Lady, Moto Naleesh. [2]
