Ide Furasa was an Emerald Magistrate of the Unicorn Clan.

He was ordered to murder Otomo Tonaka, a manipulative, backstabbing, and blackmailing sycophant. He was aided by Tonaka's own yojimbo, Seppun Oishi, who Furasa already knew when they were training horsemanship in the Unicorn lands. The accomplices met at Shiro Ide and a message from Oishi's superior was handed over. Two days later Tonaka was dead. [1]
