Horiuchi Koguro was a shugenja of the Unicorn Clan. Raised by his Moto family until their deaths in the Battle of Oblivion's Gate, Koguro was adopted by Horiuchi Shoan and adopted the Horiuchi name. He displayed great potential for magic, and a keen intellect, joining the Horiuchi Shugenja school at the Honored Watch Castle. Koguro displayed an odd behavior, working as a healer and guide for Unicorn who must pass through the Shinomen Forest. [1]
