Hojatsu's Blade was the sword wielded by Mirumoto Hojatsu, the son of Mirumoto, before he inherited the Ancestral Daisho of the Dragon from his father. [1]
Abilities and Appearance[]
The katana increased the iaijutsu skills of the wielder. [2] It was crafted of ancient simple steel and was quite utilitarian in design. [1]
History[]
Kakita[]
Even after he became Mirumoto Daimyo, Hojatsu still preferred to fight duels with his own blade. [1] Hojatsu died in a duel against Kakita, who suicided in a subsequently ritual upon Hojatsu's Blade. [2]
Legacy[]
Hojatsu's Blade was considered a blade of honor and tradition between the Dragon. [3] In modern times, this katana was normally wielded by the sensei of the Iron Mountain Dojo. [1]
