Hida Chuku was a General of the Crab Clan in the 10th century. [1]
Death[]
Kikyo, was an armor which had been resting at the Hida Palace since it was forged by Hida Osano-wo himself shorlty after the Day of Thunder, intended for his lost brother Hida Atarashi. Chuku donned the armor and led an expedition to the Shadowlands. The army, Kikyo and Chuku were never seen again. [1]
Kikyo is Recovered[]
For unknown reasons Chuku had brought his army to the Shinomen Forest instead, where they died fighting in the Shadowed Swamps. Unremembered and uncelebrated, they became a gashadokuro, a demon bound to Kikyo, which rested within the Cave of Bloody Ghost Fire. The monster remained in a slumber until the 12th century, when it was awakened by the actions of Ros'ku, a Rememberer of the Tattered Ear, who had found the armor and removed a piece of it. Eventually a Crab expedition led by Hida Sukune managed to retrieve the armor from the Cave and to command the massive demon to remain there, never to live that place. [1]
