Hantei XXXII was the thirty-second Emperor of Rokugan. He was a modest man who often traveled Rokugan in disguise. Even hunger would not make him reveal his status. On one such occasion, the fisherman Haruhiko fed the stranger, with no ulterior motives. After Haruhiko died, Hantei XXXII elevated him into the rank of Fortune of Fishermen.[1]
