Hantei XIX was the nineteenth Emperor of Rokugan.
Young Emperor[]
His father gifted a statue of Hantei XIX to the Seppun just before the young boy's coronation, which was located in the Seppun palace within the Forbidden City. [1] One of the younger daughters of the Emperor would take the name of Otomo Madoka. [2]

It was rumored that Hantei XIX had peculiar nocturnal habits. [3]
Retirement[]
Hantei XIX retired in 650, and his son took the Imperial Throne as Hantei XX. [4]
