Gotei City
Gotei City was the capital of the Islands of Spice and Silk. [1]

Gotei City was located just one day's sail east of the Crane Clan's coastline, within a natural inlet on the westernmost island in the Mantis Clan's archipelago, and it was Rokugan's busiest international trading port. The traders of Gotei City acted as intermediaries between traders in Rokugan and those from the Ivory Kingdoms and beyond. [1]

Gotei City was split into two areas, the Palace of the Mantis which served as a fortress for the Mantis Clan samurai and the Gotei Harbor to the north, separated from the palace by the Path of Thunder. [1]
