Genki, better known as "Brisk", was an eta girl of Ryoko Owari Toshi.

Brisk was one of the eta who hauled excrement from the Noble Quarter. [1]
The Wind[]
She found a baby monkey inside a backpack under the corpse of a Mantis sailor. Brisk nursed the monkey and named her new companion Hiccup after the curious sounds it made. Hiccup quickly showed his abilities as an accomplished burglar, and filled its owner with many items. Once she saved up enough money, she planned to move to a different city and set herself up as a merchant. The legend of a famous burglar appeared in the city, and its protagonist was called The Wind.
