Fortune's Mercy Inn was one of the few buildings of Friendly Traveler Village which could whithstand the severe monsoon season. [1]
Name[]
The inn was founded with no name, part of the flyspeck on the map which was Friendly Traveler Village at that time. In 1093 the storms were so strong that the nearby Daidoji Three Horse village was wiped out. The only two buildings that had not been reduced to splinters were the inn and the sake works. The inn gained a name this day, and the Temple of Daikoku began the next day, the first temple of the fledging village. [1]
