First Magistrate was a position created during the Age of Conquest, a skilled assistant of the Emerald Champion. [1] [2]
Duties[]
First Magistrate was the foremost agent of law enforcement, possessing ultimate command over all Emerald Magistrates. Handpicked by the Emerald Champion, he was answerable only to him and the Emperor. After the death of the original, the new Emerald Champion Mirumoto Tsuda selected a new First Magistrate, [3] Yasuki Umi-Ushi. [4]
