The Festival to Togashi was held on the 17th day of the Hare, to celebrate the kami Togashi's life. [1] The Dragon were more apt to spend this day in quiet meditation than in open revelry. [2] In the Chisei district of Otosan Uchi it hosted the largest number of Dragons arriving in the Imperial City throughout the year. [3]
