Eye of the Storm was a Moshi Shugenja technique which taught how to maintain a serenity that was surrounded on all sides by chaos. The Moshi were a center of tranquility in the tempestuous Mantis Clan, counterbalancing the spirits of the harsh weather that dominates Rokugan's coastlines. Because the Moshi understood the varied elements of water, air, and fire in such combined phenomena, they were able to commune with each as if they were one and the same.
