Emperor's Will Court, built in the new Kyuden Otomo within the Crane lands, taught the Imperial Master of the Courts, Otomo Courtier, and Otomo Orator schools. [1]

The Otomo were taught in their superiority, trsuted servants of the Emperor. Graduates from this school used to attend the Imperial Winter Court. Rivalry and competition among the students was the rule. [2]
