The Embassy of the Alliance was built at Toshi Ranbo to give homage to the representatives of the Alliance of Minor Clans, and it was the symbol of their power. [1]

The structure contained a sizable dojo and a shrine, with a small forge to accommodate the Oriole craftsmen there. The most important feature was the massive audience chamber that accounted for nearly a third of the entire building, used for instruction, a dojo created by multiple Minor Clans. [2]
