The Elemental River
The Elemental River in Tengoku was the place where the Elemental Dragons dwelled. It was visible to the realms below only when the skies were in perfect alignment, appearing as a wavering band of colors cascading across the stars. Little was known in Rokugan about it, as the Elemental River was mentioned only in passing in apocryphal texts. Beneath the Elemental River were the divine machineries that control the weather of Ningen-dō. [1]
