Earthquake Shrine was located in the Unicorn village of Yashigi, to honor Kyufoki no Kami, the Fortune of earthquakes.

The village of Yashigi was plagued with regular earthquakes, which disturbed the normal life of the villagers. They erected the shrine to the Fortune that allegedly made its home in the jade mine tunnels nearby. [1]
