Doji Utori was the Crane Clan Champion in 1109.
He was alongside with the Emerald Champion Doji Tsukihi when Tsukihi declared Kyuden Ashinagabachi as a permanent garrison for magistrates and under the protection of the Emerald Champion, in the conflict between Lion Clan and Tsuruchi. [1]
