Daidoji Tenkazu was the son of a not so prominent Crane by the name of Daidoji Usaji. While Tenkazu was still a child his father was killed by disease, and Tenkazu was forced to help his mother Daidoji Daimoko raise his two younger brothers Daidoji Hiki and Daidoji Asagai. [1]
Training[]
Tenkazu trained in the Daidoji school under his uncle Daidoji Ishitaka, where Tenkazu was known for his giving nature. In his gempukku his uncle gifted Shiji Gaki, a Kakita Blade, but Tenkazu never unsheathed the blade. [1]
Station[]
Tenkazu became a nameless yojimbo during eighteen years, without any incident to be noticed. Once a Scorpion courtier, Bayushi Akeu, attempted to discredit Tenkazu, but he was thwarted by Ide Tadaji. The Unicorn diplomat had met Tenkazu at Otosan Uchi and had other plans for him. [1]
