Daidoji Juri was an artisan and yojimbo of the Crane Clan.
Winter Court: Kyuden Gotei[]
Juri was a member of the Crane Clan delegation to the second Winter Court of Empress Iweko I at Kyuden Gotei in 1171.[1] While there she forged the katana known as the Eight Truths which she presented as a gift at the wedding celebration of Iweko I and Akodo Setai. [2]
