Hakumei was an orphan ronin who came under the tutelage of Daidoji Uji, becoming Daidoji Hakumei.
Ronin[]
Hakumei's parents were ronin slaughtered during the Crab assault on Crane Lands during the Clan War. Daidoji Uji found her during a scouting mission, and brought her back to Shiro Giji. Uji allowed her to train with gaijin pepper at Mountain's Shadow Dojo, the secretive dojo of the Daidoji Harriers. On time she became the master of the gaijin pepper laboratory. [1]
Death[]
In 1169 Hakumei was killed by the Daidoji Uji who had travelled from a nightmare realm to this realm. Uji, under the name Daidoji Fumisato had been tasked by the Crane Clan Champion Doji Domotai to end the dishonor brought to the Crane Clan by the Daidoji Harriers. Uji travelled to Shiro Giji and executed any who did not comply, including Hakumei. [2]
