The Crimson Kingdom was the name given by the Bloodspeakers to a Dragon province they took control in 528. The Dragon had been distracted, sending peacekeepers to deal with the wave of violence that happened during the Heresy of the Five Rings. [1]

The next year the Bloodspeakers mounted a series of attacks against neighboring provinces, until they were slaughtered by an entire Dragon army, assisted by Phoenix and Imperial forces in early autumn. The cultist leader and self-proclaimed queen Chikako was killed along with most of her followers. [1]
