Asahina's Grace was the Crane embassy at Nikesake.
Origins[]
The building was originally a Shiba magistrate's station, which was granted to the Crane by the one-time yojimbo of Asahina himself. Over the years, the Crane acquired the adjacent buildings. [1]
Appearance[]
Asahina's Grace was a plain building which was once a magistrate's way station of the Shiba family. The interior of the building was opulent, as expected for any Crane holding. Despite it minor importance in the ways of diplomacy, the Embassy hosted impressive and lavish parties which made it very popular among the Phoenix within the city. [2] The Crane Embassy was often used by the local Governor as a place for informal diplomatic meetings and even for official parties. [3]
