The Crab-Unicorn Alliance was formed after the Return of the Ki-Rin. The Crab welcomed the Unicorn Clan back to Rokugan with open arms. The Unicorn had fought against the darkest evil of the Shadowlands in their struggle to reach home. The two Clans have maintained a firm alliance ever since. [1]
Agreements[]
- The Hiruma school became a branch with the Moto Bushi school. [2]
- The Ide Emissary and the Yasuki diplomats used each other as go-betweens in their dealings with other Clans. [3]
- Hiruma - Shinjo marriages were not uncommon as the Hiruma were sent to train in Shinjo schools as their emphasis on speed and stamina was very close to their own teachings. [4]
Second Yasuki War[]
When the Second Yasuki War emerged, the Iuchi Daimyo and general of the Baraunghar Iuchi Lixue led her forces to the Kaiu Wall to strengthen its defense against the Shadowlands. [5] The Unicorn remained there even after the Wall had been partially conquered by Daigotsu. [6]
