The small Closed Pincer City was built as a symbol of openness between the Scorpion and the Crab Clan. [1]
Destroyed[]
In 1172 the city was virtually destroyed by the attack of the God Beast of Kali-Ma. The Scorpion attempted to save the city removing the defending troop and using them as a bait to the gigantic creature, but the gambit failed and the city laid in ruins. [1]
The region was largely flat with some hills, many of which were broken or partially flattened by the creature before its death. Few Scorpion came there after it. [2]
Battle[]
In 1173 the Destroyers came to the ruins of the city and were met by the returned Rokugani defenders. The position had to be given up eventually.
In the disguise of ronin several Spider fought there. Daigotsu Usharo [3] as well as the uruwashii Daigotsu Shimekiri. It was also at the ruins of Closed Pincer City where Ieyoshi and his men entered the service of Shimekiri. [4]
