Chuda Bikomi was born into the Snake Clan to great disappointment. He had no talent for magic and instead was ordered to serve his shugenja relatives. To gain advantage in his clan workings he gained the taint to enhance his speed and stealth. He would use peasant blood for maho experiments and would quickly silence any magistrate who suspected him or his clan. [1] The ruthless and utterly evil maho-tsukai moved throughout the Empire to snatch victims from all imaginable locations, never once seen by any save his victims. All those who were kidnapped met terrible fates in necromantic maho rituals. [2] When he died his soul ended up in Jigoku. [3]
