Chocho no Oni was the oni which gave the power to the nemuranai known as Butterfly Hairpins. It had club-like wings and three-foot proboscis which it extended to the victim, sucking out blood and viscera and leaving them a dried husk. The demon attacked it summoner Maho-tsukai, Man-etsu, after she weakened her control over the oni. [1]
