Chiyo was a weaver of the Second City.
Colonies[]
Chiyo moved to the Colonies to labor for the samurai colonists. She was followed by her cousin Haruto and his wife Emi. Chiyo produced fabric for the merchants of the Second City. There he began to doubt about the Celestial Order and made odd remarks about their samurai masters. [1]
