Chisei District
The Chisei District was one of the inner districts of Otosan Uchi. Each district governor in the Ekohikei was concerned with a particular element of Sentaku bureaucracy, and each post was traditionally held by particular clans. Crane, Dragon, and Minor Clans Chisei governors dealt with law and interclan relations. [1]
