Chikako was a peasant maho-tsukai.
Queen[]
In 528 Chikako and her followers took control of a Dragon province, which was renamed as the Crimson Kingdom, with Chikako as her queen. The Dragon had been distracted sending peackeeper to deal with the wave of violence that happened during the Heresy of the Five Rings. [1]
Destruction[]
The next year the Bloodspeakers mounted a series of attacks against neighboring provinces, until they were slaughtered by an entire Dragon army, assisted by Phoenix and Imperial forces. Chikako was killed along with most of her followers. [1]
