Chief of Chiefs was a Nezumi title equivalent to Emperor. The Chief of the One Tribe was the ratling who served as Chief of Chiefs. The final Chief of Chiefs was Kan'ok'ticheck who died during Tomorrow alongside most of the Nezumi race.
