Cherry Blossom Snow was the prized sake of the brewery within Sakura no Yuki Mura. It was very rare [1] and famous for its crystalline clarity and cherry scent. It was one of the most prized of all sake brews, and the technique for imparting the subtle scent and flavor of cherry in such a pure sake was a carefully guarded secret. It was the favorite sake of Toturi Sezaru. [2] Its recipe was lost during the Third Yasuki War, when the sake brewery was spared, but all its workers were slain by Daidoji Scouts. [3]
