Botan, whose family was not known, was a guardman at Toshi Ranbo. Whe she died the experienced she had through live had plagued her spirit, and became a gaki, doomed forever to roam in the Imperial Palace. In 1167 she was sumonned by Chuda Isoruko at the command of Daigotsu Rekai. Isoroku bargained with her - she would keep Rekai informed on everything that went on the palace and Rekai would bring war upon this land once more. [1]
