Blue Reef Village was a small village under Yoritomo control, with less than two hundred inhabitants. In 1169 it was attacked by the Serpents of Sanada, a ruthless pirate group. The attack had been paid for by the Spider Clan, who in turn attacked the Serpents to kill them. [1]
