Bayushi Gozen was the ambassador of the Scorpion Clan to Water Hammer City. He was an honest and honorable samurai who lived in the stunning Scorpion Estate near the trademark waterfall of the city. A rather passive and retiring individual, Gozen attended the court of governor Kitsuki Kadiri whenever required. [1]
