Bay of Drowned Honor
Bay of Drowned Honor was the widening of Golden River when it crossed Ryoko Owari and divided the city in half. The bay was between the Moment's Edge Bridge and the Bridge of Drunken Lovers. Just south of the city proper it run around Teardrop Island. [1]

During the rule of the Third Governor, two nobles had resolved to duel to death at the Moment's Edge Bridge at dusk, despite a great storm had been announced. When they were in the middle of the bridge a wave swept one of the samurai, and the other dove in. The next day their bodies were found together, no one knew if they died fighting each other in the water, or swimming together to land and finish their duel. [2]
