The Battle of the Plains of Bloodied Honor was a defeat of the vanguard of the Miname Kaze led by Shinjo Kyōra Lion Clan, in their counterattack against the Lion invaders led by Ikoma Tsanuri. The attempt to capture both Four Roads Village and Fallen Oak Village was halted at the Gentle Waters gates by General Akodo Kyōsuke when he interceded unexpectedly with reserve forces from Hayaken no Shiro. The battle lasted six days before the Miname Kaze regulars finally retreated in defeat. [1]
