Atarasi's Mempo was a nemuranai of the Crab Clan originally worn by Hida Atarasi. Atarasi left it behind when he went into the Shadowlands on the Day of Thunder. [citation needed] It was one of the Kaiu family's first creations, and one of its greatest. [1]
