Astronomy was the study of the Heavens and its portents, which were a source of many prophecies, having a glimpse of what would happen in the future. Rokugani stargazers were quite adept at predicting the patterns of the heavens, and centuries of records gave scholars deep insights into the nature of the universe. [1]
