Asako Kouhei was an Asako Inquisitor of the Phoenix Clan.

Kouhei was an Inquisitor who was physically crippled in a vicious ambush by Maho-tsukai. He was nursed by his brother Asako Souta, who swore to him he would journey to the Colonies and do whatever was possible to bring moral rectitude to the people there. [1]
Death[]
In 1198 Kouhei was murdered by an unknown killer. His brother, head of the Phoenix delegation at the Second City, was convinced there was a connection between Kouhei's fate and his own activities in the Colonies. [1]
