Asako Fosu was a void shugenja, inquisitor and magistrate of the Phoenix Clan.
Binding Kyoso no Oni[]
The Master of Water Asako Bairei had found how to bind Kyoso no Oni. For Bairei's ritual to be completed successfully, the caster would be forced to sacrifice his life. [2] Fosu paid Yoritomo Iwata to transport him, Isawa Mariko, and Seppun Tashime to the Crab lands, to meet a group who would lead them to Kyoso's lair. [3]
Death[]
Along with Isawa Mariko, Fosu sacrificed himself in a ritual which bound Kyoso no Oni in a Black Scroll. [4]
