Asahina Tsunemura was the elderly sensei of the Temple of the Morning Sun in 1159. He was cousin to the late Asahina Tamako and Asahina Tomo, and was sensei of the temple during the Clan War. He was considered by many to be one of the kindest and most serene people they had ever met. His eyes were milky white and his hair was snow-white, a result of a blast of Tainted energy during the Battle of Bloodied Honor. He had not been able to see since that day. [1]
Mastering the Air Kami[]
Tsunemura was a master of Air kami, and as a result was able to gather information on almost anyone in the empire, often disconcerting people he met for the first time. [2]
