Akodo Mikiu was a bushi of the Lion Clan.

Mikiu was daughter of Daidoji Utsugiri and Akodo Matoko. Shortly after she passed her gempuku, tensions between the Lion and Crane Clan erupted. Utsugiri abandoned his wife to join the Crane armies. Makoto indulged herself in the sake houses of Otosan Uchi. [1]
