A Terrible Oath (Maho Spell)

A Terrible Oath was a Mastery 5 maho spell which required the sacrifice of a living, thinking being and the willing participation of up to one hundred individuals, all of whom must mark the Black Scroll with their blood. The targets became tainted gaining the blessings of Fu Leng. ^[1]
